Mr & Mrs. Bilson were living in Haywards Heath before moving into their newly built home on the outskirts of Hythe, Kent.
To explore their options and gain a better understanding of costs, they visited a previous client to experience the shutters first-hand.
The Bilsons were looking for a solution that would enhance the aesthetics of their new home while improving insulation and light control.
With large windows throughout the house, they wanted shutters that would provide privacy and complement the sleek, modern design of their property.

“We both felt our initial visit and subsequent site survey were handled in a clear, concise, and professional manner, and at no time did we feel under pressure to proceed with an order.
We subsequently placed our order to have the entire house fitted out and were given a detailed sales order confirmation with an estimated delivery date. Delivery was on cue, and fitting was completed in one day.
We are delighted with the results. The precision of the fitting was excellent, and the shutter configurations suggested by Nathan are very pleasing to the eye. We also noted that the shutters have improved the insulation properties of the house, a benefit we were not fully expecting.
The after-sales service was equally impressive. A few minor adjustments were required, which were carried out promptly and efficiently. We’ve no hesitation recommending for the quality of product and service levels.”

Mr. Puttock lives in a stunning contemporary New England-style residence by the seafront in Selsey, West Sussex.
With sweeping views of the beach, his home needed shutters that would enhance its airy, coastal vibe while offering practical benefits like insulation and privacy.
The goal was to design shutters that matched the home’s elegant, modern aesthetic while maintaining the openness of the seaside views. Larger windows at the back of the house required shutters that would frame the ocean beautifully without obstructing the scenery.
After careful consultation, we recommended a mix of 89mm and 114mm louvres to achieve the ideal balance of design, function, and style: These were chosen for the large windows at the back of the house, allowing the ocean views to remain unobstructed.
The shutters featured a Pure White finish with stainless steel hinges and hidden “Easy Tilt” rods for a seamless and modern look.
